We hope you’re happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of authorisation. Returns sent outside this timeframe or without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Free from makeup, perfume, or damage
- Returned in suitable packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Please note: wraps and scarves cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- UK Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How to Return
- Email us at timeless.threads52@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm next steps and provide a return address.
- Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
In-Person Sales
Purchases made at our pop-up shops, markets, and events are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
